My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit inconsistent in temperature, but they were spacious and had a good quality bed. The service varied from very nice and helpful to incredibly rude and unhelpful at reception, impacting my overall enjoyment. The location was convenient, close to the Lake, restaurants, and a grocery store. The dining experience was average, not exceptional, but acceptable. The facilities provided some positives and negatives, offering a mix of experiences.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to many places via tram 15. The staff was nice and really helpful. The dining experience, however, was lacking with little choice and no options for people with food intolerance. A renovation for the dining area is much needed. The rooms, while dated and uninspiring, were clean and provided comfortable accommodation for the price.

I found the hotel to have a convenient location, friendly service, and great value for money. However, the room was uncomfortably hot due to the southern exposure during a heatwave in Geneva.

The hotel offers a simple room with a small kitchen that can be handy for snacks but can get too hot even with the heater turned off, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. At a price over CHF 200 per night, the room is basic but includes a good stand fan.

The hotel offers clean and newly refurbished rooms with a kitchenette, situated on the Longchamp side for a better wifi signal. The staff is great, making the stay comfortable. However, the dining experience may need some improvements in variety.
